Governor Rick Scott announced on Friday, January 29th, 2016 two new appointments and three  reappointments to the Florida Faith-Based and Community-Based Advisory Council.

Trenia Cox, 65, of St. Petersburg, is senior special projects coordinator for the Juvenile Welfare Board. She fills a vacant seat is appointed for a term beginning January 29, 2016, and ending July 18, 2017.

Sheila Gomez, 65, of Jensen Beach, is the Catholic charities executive director for the Diocese of Palm Beach. She succeeds Stephen Hogan and is appointed for a term beginning January 29, 2016, and ending July 18, 2019.

Reverend Kirt Anderson, 63, of Naples, is the pastor of Naples Community Church. He is reappointed for a term beginning January 29, 2016, and ending July 18, 2019.

Rolando Gonzalez, 55, of Miami, is the executive director of Victory for Youth and the Share Your Heart program. He is reappointed for a term beginning January 29, 2016, and ending July 18, 2019.

Pastor Carl Reeves, 53, of Pensacola, is the pastor of the Greater Mount Lily Missionary Baptist Church. He is reappointed for a term beginning January 29, 2016, and ending July 18, 2019.
